About the Client

The client is working in Beverage field. The company that came into existence in 2018 and has, since then, been a known name in its field. They are one of the players in water filters, Alkaline water purifiers, shower filters, Alkaline filters, and water Ionizer machines to name a few. Customer centricity is at the core of the company.

Client Requirement

The Customer wanted the website to fully replace personal interaction without damaging the customer experience and making the customers feel at a loss.

Testing Process

The client approached us to perform manual testing on their website. The QA tester established the QA process from scratch and created test documentation and reported statuses to the team. Our testing applied Functional / Logical / Performance testing, Compatibility testing, Browser testing, and UI/UX Testing. As the test cases are executed, they create the report of the identified bugs and defects and submit a Bug Report to the concerned developer.

Results

As a result, the client got a fully streamlined QA process. The Qman team has met all client requirements. Established a reliable QA process, Minimized delays and enhanced user experience.
